Scheduling
- Remember that maintaining a regular appointment schedule guarantees the most convenient appointment times for you, the client.
- Appointments must be scheduled on weekdays and must begin between the hours of 6am and 4pm.
- Week End and Emergency Appointments will be handled on a case-by-case basis.

Payments
- Payments must be arranged prior to the shoeing appointment.
- Payments in cash and checks must be received by the end of the appointment.
 The Location (Facility Requirements)
- All we really ask for is a clean and dry work area: An area free of mud, excessive clutter or wet spots.
The Horse (Equine Requirements)
- A reasonably well-behaved animal that is accustomed to the shoeing process. If your horse is being shoed or trimmed for the first time you must notify us at the time of making the appointment.
- A dry and well-groomed animal. The animal should be free of mud and dirt on the body and legs.
If you as the client can provide a clean and appropriate work space and clean, well-behaved horses to work with, then us as your farrier of choice can then do our job to the best of our abilities and this will in turn benefit both of us and of course your horse.
HORSESHOER – A person who shoes horses.
FARRIER – A tradesperson trained in hoof care and horse shoeing. A shoer of horses.
BLACKSMITH – A smith who forges and shapes iron with a hammer and anvil.
